Basil is severely allergic to chicken, so a chicken-free diet is necessary for her well-being. Basil is working on reducing barking and resource guarding of food, especially while in a crate. Patient training and consistent positive reinforcement will help her build trust and overcome these behaviors. She needs to be fed separately from other pets during meals. Basil is the perfect fit for a loving family that can provide her with the attention and care she craves. An environment where she can enjoy walks, playtime, and snuggles is ideal.
